FAQs
What is Fascial Stretch Therapy™?
Fascial Stretch Therapy™ is the only scientifically proven, assisted-stretch treatment that uses light traction of the joint and slow, undulating movements to create more space in the joint capsule while also lengthening the fascia.
What is Fascia?
Fascia is a web of connective tissues that wraps around your muscles, vessels, nerves, organs, and bones. The fascial system maintains a balance of tension and elasticity which allow for smooth, unrestricted movement of each muscle group.
Why do people rave about FST?
Elite athletes know the key to optimal performance is through recovery and injury prevention. And, we believe their techniques should be easily accessible to everyone– so join us in stretching today for a stronger tomorrow.
What to Expect
Fascial Stretch Therapy™ sessions are performed on a comfortable table, similar to a massage table, using stabilization straps. Each session is tailored to your individual goals, using traction and dynamic movements to targeted areas. Unlike traditional massage therapy, you’ll remain fully clothed and actively participate in the stretches. For this reason, please wear comfortable clothes, like athletic wear or clothes made of stretchy material.
Why is FST Different?
Unlike other treatments and therapies, this evidence-based repair and recovery treatment was developed to address the body as a whole — from muscle and bone to joints, ligaments, and tendons. The results are long-lasting and immediate, and they include: eliminating pain and stiffness, improving mobility and range of motion, restoring impaired function, decreasing stress, reducing recovery time, and optimizing athletic performance.
